The paradigm-building is a unique structure conceived as a retreat, events, and conference center with the capacity to accommodate outdoor events on its 32- acre, very private hilltop estate. The grounds also feature a runway for small planes. The renovated building consists of a 60-foot-square event space with a long bar and a full kitchen, able to host large events for up to 200 people. The building has 10 bedrooms that can accommodate more than 30 people, seven full and three small bathrooms. It also has three large breakout spaces, a swimming pool, and a sauna. The 32-acre grounds can accommodate large outdoor events.
