There’ s no denying that the curATE Café at Southern Vermont Arts Center( SVAC) is a beautiful space in which to enjoy a delicious burger. Even the walk through one of the Yester House galleries to the café itself is an experience to remember. My favorite place to sit is in front of the glass terrace doors, overlooking the back lawn, and of course, there is seating on the terrace itself during the summer and fall. What makes the curATE Burger shine are the house made pickles, the paprika aioli, and the brioche bun. As a cheeseburger enthusiast, I made sure to add Cabot cheddar, as well as a fried egg. The resulting burger was a rich, gooey blend
