First spotlighted in Stratton Magazine’ s Fall’ 22 issue, the restaurant at Village Garage Distillery is back in action with a fresh, new twist thanks to a welcome collaboration with Church Street Hospitality, the group that owns Pearl’ s Place & Pantry in Manchester and several other inns and restaurants in the region. D owntown Bennington has a special spark this season, thanks to a familiar name with a new home. Pearl’ s— well-loved in Manchester for its bourbon-forward bar program and smoky, slow-cooked barbecue— has opened its second location inside the former Village Garage restaurant space. For the team behind Pearl’ s, the move felt less like a business expansion and more like a natural connection: bourbon and barbecue already go hand in hand, and with Village Garage Distillery’ s award-winning spirits, the collaboration seems destined to flourish.
