A s the Holiday and Winter seasons approach, visions of delicious
desserts start dancing in our heads! We asked some of our local pastry chefs to share their favorite seasonal desserts with us, and they did not disappoint. Be sure to visit all these spots to indulge in the decadence this season.
Chocolate Budino

Chef Julie’ s budino is rich chocolate decadence atop a cookie crust. While the curATE menu evolves with the seasons, this signature dessert remains a constant. Each new menu introduces a fresh twist on the budino, showcasing unique toppings and garnishes inspired by the season.“ Budino” is Italian for“ pudding,” but this dessert was originally based upon medieval English savory pudding recipes. The Italians made it their own by swapping out meat and vegetables with sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, and other sweet ingredients. Chef Julie takes it one step further with modern flavors and artistic presentation.
