Green Mountain Academy for Lifelong
Learning provides a variety of educational
workshops and lectures to the public
for cultural and intellectual enrichment.
Programs this summer include Mozart: Child
Prodigy Makes Good on Jul. 5; The Great Flu
Epidemic of 1918 on Jul. 31; and China's Xi
Jinping: The Next Mao Zedong? on Aug. 7.
GREEN MOUNTAIN CLUB
The Green Mountain Club is th e founder
and maintainer of the Long Trail—the oldest
long-distance hiking trail in America. The
public is welcome to join them for weekend
hikes on various sections of the Long Trail.
They also host organized bike rides and trail
