The board appointed you as the manager of their club, to manage players, training, tactics and win titles, taking them forward. There are certain routines that need to be followed or the board will begin to doubt your managerial skills and may want to get rid of you by ultimatelly sacking you.

Sometimes they are very verbose about you making a bad decision and will let you know exactly what you've done wrong, and sometimes they will not say a word. In all cases they will lose confidence in your managerial ability.

Examples of "bad conduct" according to your board are:

- Having to cancel a bid that is too high, offer made by you

- Having to drop a bid due to too high wages offered

- Manager not logging in for a week will hurt confidence heavily

- Manager staying on holiday too long, more than a game month

- Keeping a too small squad

- Keeping a too big squad

- Playing non keeper as keeper in a match while you have available keepers

- Too many transfer listed or loan listed players

- Having too many unhappy players

- Having to cancel a move of staff due to not having enough cash

- Selling an unhappy player

- Too many loaned out players

- if you try buying a player you can't afford the transfer fee of

- Bidding too low on transfer listed player

- If one of your players requests to be transfer listed

- Placing badly in the league tables

- Having financial problems in the club, cash is less than zero

- Buying/selling too many players per month

- Losing matches against weaker opponents that should have been won

- Engaging in offering academy players a contract before they ask for one
