Building new Stadium
Especially with the new money generating feature like the ticket price settings, clubs will have much more funds to spend. This gives the opportunity to build a new stadium with size of 20, 40, 60 or 80 thousand seats. It is an expensive expansion and it takes months to complete, still a feature that can be well appreciated if your club is to be going places and challenge the best clubs for titles.

Manager gets sponsorship
When a famous manager joins a club, the board will secure some extra funds for the manager to aid him in making the club better. The amount of funds secured depends directly on the fame of the manager and the club level he is joining. The bigger the difference in levels, the more money is being secured from sponsors to aid the new manager.

Aggressive gameplay
One of the main complaints was, teams winning games even when they had one or several players sent off, and at alarming percentage. Many teams made it their trademark to assault other team on the pitch, get players sent off and still dominate and win the match. This has been changed so whenever a team gets a player sent off, it will reduce the remaining players speed, control, heading and dribble attributes a few percent, meaning players will most likely perform worse. The team may still win with one player less but it will be a lot harder. Having several players sent off will most certainly mean a loss, in theory.
There is always a random factor of course.

More than just (one) skill
The match deciding moments were based on one or two skills alone and sometimes even the wrong skill was being used. For example, the only skill that mattered for keepers was keeping. This has been changed so the player entity is much more complex one.
Besides more skills being used to make the playing quality on match day, other factors are also now important, such as league and national team experience, form, stamina, training routines can add or remove marginal percentage on match day. Status and happiness are marginally important as well.

Visual changes
Such changes are necessary and will take time to perfect, but necessary if we will be able to attract more audience into the game.
We have been work hard and listening to managers to find the things needed most attention. Development is a slow and tough process but progress is inevitable.
Here are some of the changes and how it will effect the game you love. It's important you read and understand this to see the logic make sense.
