QUICK FACTS ON ACADEMY PLAYERS
Every club can choose to invest in a youth academy to train and play own product players. The newest changes will allow smaller teams and teams from smaller countries to be able to produce better players that will be able to compete with the best players anywhere in the game. It will take time and serious effort but it is possible to obtain and nurture potential superstars in any club anywhere in the world.

After reaching 23, he will to decay to 95% at 29, then 90% at 33 and 70% of his former self at the age of 37.
