The game is creating non-European players for future use, to enable non-European countries and Leagues. Also some of the European nationality players will start their careers in other countries. For instance, a Norwegian can begin his career in an Italian Youth academy, A Hungarian youngster can appear in an Icelandic Youth Academy.

Player starts at maximum 80% of potential to grow to reach maximum potential at age of 19. By the age of 23 he will decay to 90% of potential but pick it up again to reach 100% by the age of 29.
After reaching 29, he will start decaying in skill much quicker to reach 65% of his former self at the age of 37.
Player will not become any better after the age of 29.
