GAME EXPERIENCE

The Fair Play concept in the game is about building all possible logic so we won't have to create a layer of rules that will regulate and police a conduct of behavior when it comes to managing a club, managing and trading players and interacting with other fellow managers.

Securing the game experience with fair play in mind is creating functionality that will enable managers to just do that, without risking doing anything wrong by not knowing a possible set of rules, especially if the game allows them to do whatever they are doing.

A game of two halves

This truly is a game of two halves, as second half could be more dramatic as gains and losses are higher, depending on teams and players state.

Some Terms:

Pos & Side check, if player is not playing where he can.

Morale check, that is how the chosen captain and win bonuses improve a team's chances for optimal performance. 0-6% loss

Star player check, how stars will perform during the match effecting a team's chances for optimal performance.

0 - 5% loss.

Player adapted check, that is if player has just joined the team and is not fully adapted to team's style of playing, could perform worse. 0-6% loss.

Player stamina check, first half players can lose 0-15% and second half 0-30% of their performance.

Player form checked, players can lose 0-10% of their performance.

Training check, if manager doesn't train his best stars to avoid injuring them, not training players makes them perform worse. 3% in first and 6% in second half.

Next is the experience factor. Player's skills are important and that is 90% of a player's performance factor, but the experience is important too. Players will perform better with experience, but here few more factors come into play. The more important factors during the first half are national team experience, form, general happiness and for second half total career experience, form and morale.
