1. Stephen Woodhead, from Scotland. I am a

store manager for a large food retailer in the UK for Morrisons in Edinburgh.

2. Listen, listen again and listen a little bit

more. Then talk and talk and talk. My reasons for joining were simple, give something back and given my past experience with the game I felt I had a lot to give.

Also, let's be honest the initiative board has not always had the best press over the last year and getting questioned at every turn, right or wrong. Every single change or improvement was blasted by some managers and there was a lack of relationship or trust from some sections. I felt that if I joined that maybe I could strike some kind of balance, someone without an invested interest in the success of the game due to the vast sums of money they donated that allowed us all to play this game. Hoping that my past involvement with the game would bring more understanding and trust among the community on the actions or workings of the board I've been playing this wonderful game for a long time, and thought it would be great to help it become even better.

3. Mass player base, multiple game worlds

and a vibrant and active community where facebook, internal and external forums were buzzing. I don't ask for much!

4. Manager contracts or limit the amount of

time a game world runs for. Same managers at the same clubs dominating year after year......new managers join and get battered and their only hope is to join a small club and not the one they support? Where is the fun for new managers joining? Where is the fun for managers that have played for 3 seasons but up against some giants in the league?

Something that makes or forces clubs to change managers to keep up interest for all the folk playing the game. Maybe at the end of the 5 seasons all jobs go vacant and manager ranking is reversed so the lower

ranked managers have the best chance for

the best jobs. Just a thought.

René Riis Andersen, elected by other members, sixth member

1. René Riis Andersen, 37 years old from

Copenhagen, Denmark. I work at Copenhagen Airport as a Purchasing Manager of magazines.

2. I've been playing this wonderful game for a

long time, and thought it would be great to help it become even better.

3. It would be really cool to have the Replay-

function back working. I miss seeing the latest game that way, before knowing the result of the match.

4. To be available on mobile platforms, as an

app.

Berhan Karagoez, developer

1. Berhan Karagoez, age 41, southern Sweden, I

run my own software company as mobile and

systems development consultant.

2. I wanted to form an unified body to control

the future of the game, rather than just one guy deciding everything. I do not have a voting power but a veto voice against the current technically "impossible-to-do's".

3. Euro 2016 teams game world, national teams

management in regular game world.

4. 2016 - An own app for the game.

2017 - rewrite backend with Golang or something modern and scalable.
