JANELLE LAUER DONNA Well ..... it has certainly been awhile ! Janelle is usually in the conductor chair in the pit , but as fate would have it , Greece came calling ! She has music directed over 70 shows in the corridor and is a founding member of SPT Theatre . Janelle would like to thank Savvy and AJ for believing in their mom , her prom date , Reed , for bringing her joy , Jake and Tad for being a part of the love trio , Jen and Shelby for being the best gal pals , and THVP for giving her permission to leap . She would also like to thank Chris Okiishi for the confidence and the inspiration , and her AMAZING musical co-hort , Forrest Green , for taking ALLL the pressure off ! Peace .
SOPHIE LINDWALL SOPHIE Sophie is so happy to be back on the TCR stage ! She previously played Lucy Grant in Bright Star at Brucemore . Sophie is a musical theatre major at Boston Conservatory . She hopes you enjoy the show !
LUCAS LOWDER FATHER Lucas is very excited to say that Mamma Mia ! is his twelfth show with Theatre Cedar Rapids . Some of his favorite shows that he has been cast in at TCR have been Bright Star , Hello , Dolly !, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat , A Christmas Story : The Musical and The Wizard of Oz . When not on stage , Lucas studies Architecture at the University of Miami in Miami , Florida . Lucas thanks you for supporting local community theatre !
ROBERT MORRIS EDDIE Robert is happy to be doing live theater again ! He was most recently seen in City Circle ’ s Legally , Blonde ( Ensemble ) and was last seen at TCR in Heathers : The Musical ( Kurt ’ s Dad / Veronica ’ s Dad / Coach ).
ZOE MURPHY LISA Zoe is making her TCR debut but has been seen in Urbandale Community Theatre as well as received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts . Her favourite past roles have been as Marcy Park in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee with Simpson Productions , and Lily St . Regis in Annie at Urbandale Community Theatre . She is currently pursuing her Masters in Library and Information Sciences and is an intern at the Iowa City Public Library .
SHELBY MYERS ROSIE Shelby Myers is thrilled to be in her first TCR production after a long hiatus from theatre in her parenting years . By day , she ' s a professor of English at Kirkwood Community College . She has appeared as Mrs . Paroo in Iowa City Community
