You are a Thinker Mentor!   The best way for you to share MMU is by problem solving. People often come to you for solutions, so give them an opportunity as well! You don't need to come up with all the answers, just give them the resource. Your biggest hangup--compassion. Remember, you're building a family On MMU Self-Care Day you are always tempted to: A.
