MALP welcomed landscape company owners and managers from across the state to its annual Business Building Seminar on August 20 at the Renaissance Hotel at Patriot Place in Foxboro. Featured presenter Roger Phelps, a respected green industry executive and leadership consultant, delivered an engaging, highly interactive program titled“ Roots & Reputation: Building a Business Culture That Grows Champions.”
Through lively discussions and practical exercises, Roger challenged attendees to think differently about leadership, company culture, and employee development. His presentation emphasized the importance of empowering employees, reducing owner dependency, and creating mentorship opportunities that develop the next generation of leaders.
