This year, you can find all this and more with “Sparkle!”, the newest addition to the Hilton Anatole’s annual holiday celebration, Christmas at the Anatole. “Sparkle!” features an outdoor ice skating rink, live nightly musical performances, fantastic holiday decorations and thousands of twinkling lights in the hotel’s seven-acre Sculpture Garden. The outdoor ice skating rink is designed to resemble a small town pond, and is ideal for skaters of all ages and skill levels. Choirs and bands from Dallas-area schools, along with other local musicians, will provide live musical performances nightly. Whimsical Dr. Seuss-like structures placed throughout the Sculpture Garden will offer a number of food and beverage options as well as ornaments, chocolates and other retail items. While there is no cost to take in the other sights and sounds of Christmas at the Anatole, “Sparkle!” will operate much like the State Fair of Texas: visitors will purchase tickets to enter the park, use the ice rink or purchase food and beverages. “Sparkle!” will also feature fun, special events like Date Night-Skate Night on Friday evenings, which includes admission to the park, rink fees, skate rental, wine and small bites. “We have been very pleased with the positive response to Christmas at the Anatole during the past two years,” General Manager Harold Rapoza said. “We look forward to making ‘Sparkle!’ another cherished family tradition here in Dallas.
