Many may argue that AITs can accomplish the same thing if the right keywords , phrases , and descriptions are entered . They do , however , pose a higher risk of semantic and syntactic message distortions due to their limited ability to relate to natural human feelings , emotions , and expectations .
Let ’ s put this into perspective : Consider writing a blog post about a recent event in your organization . While you can use a chatbot to generate meaningful content about how the event went , it cannot accurately and explicitly express the attendees ’ behaviours , emotions , thoughts , feelings , and general experiences . This can only be effectively accomplished with a human touch .
Communication professionals ought to ingrain in their minds that no matter how advanced AITs become , the significance of humanized communication cannot be overstated . As such , they should set clear limits for how far they should engage with AITs in order to avert the risk of adulterating communication principles and potentially losing creativity due to overreliance on them .
So , where does this leave us in terms of utilizing AITs in our communication roles ?
It is no secret that sometimes we get bogged down with too many tasks with tight deadlines , which can erode our creativity . In such situations , AITs can come in handy and save us countless hours of work when utilized appropriately and conscientiously .
How , one might ask . As a rule of thumb , any content generated through AITs should only be used to supplement your efforts to augment the quality of your personal - humanized - content .
