Know your personality Type
We have 4 main personality types ; Sanguine , Choleric , Phlegmatic and Melancholic . ( For more information on each , please refer to episode 5 of my podcast - Strategic Lenses podcast - www . strategiclenses . co . ke ). Please also plan to take a more advanced personality test , since in most cases we have a mix of 2 personalities . One could be a Sanguine as the major and Phlegmatic as a minor . Taking a personality test , ensures that you know why you behave the way you do , why you are likely to behave in a certain way , your strengths , and weaknesses among others . This awareness can help predict how one tackles different situations .
Know your Passions / Interests
Ensure that you also identify what you like doing , what makes you happy . This has to be something that adds value to your life like exercising , reading , acts of service , to mention a few . If you have a difficult time doing this , check where you spend most of your day , or where you find peace and

Know your Natural Tendencies . What are you naturally good at ? Look at yourself and identify things that you gravitate towards . These are mostly God given talents . Are you naturally humorous , organized , systematic , social ?

Finally talk about your roles and positions - these also make part of your profile
What is your position in your career , how many years have you worked / served ? Which people have you worked for / with ? Here you can also talk about your relationship status and family roles .
In summary , a profile can read ; My name is X …. I am majorly a Choleric but could also pass as a Phlegmatic in specific crowds . I pride myself to be a continuous learner , flexible and adaptive to various situations . Am passionate about sitcoms and intimate conversations and spaces that add value to life ! Am also a communication specialist with 5 years of building multi-national brands . I currently work at company Y as a communications officer . I am married and a mother of 2 beautiful girls !
