Discipline

Consistent right choices accelerate you towards your goals while consistent poor choices divert and slow you down . To improve your results , make better choices every day .

Review your daily goals daily , your weekly goals weekly , and your monthly goals monthly , without fail . Celebrate your wins , identify your challenges , and establish the reasons behind both , extracting lessons to apply going forward . Strike off what is done , and carry forward what ’ s outstanding , to the following day , week or month , as the case may be .
At the end of every quarter , do a deeper review , assessing your progress towards your 2023 goals . Identify which 2023 goals are on track , which ones are lagging , and which ones are in bad shape . Review and adjust your annual goals if necessary .
Identify what needs to change to improve your results , then create fresh goals for the next quarter , and proceed to work towards them , continuing to track and monitor your progress . Doing so diligently will make you more intentional and effective in setting and achieving your goals .
Being accountable to them will increase your motivation to follow-through on the goals you set , since you won ’ t want to report that you have not done anything ! They will help you reflect on whether your goals were too ambitious or too easy , and help you set more realistic , stretching goals .

Success is neutral and follows those who plant the right seeds and consistently water them through right actions . The eight essentials are simple , but they are not easy , which is why many people struggle , and few are truly successful .
You can be one of the few . Within reach is everything you need to win and achieve greatness - if you choose . As Ralph Waldo Emerson said , the only person you ’ re destined to become is the person you decide to be .
So , don ’ t wait . Simply decide and start , walking in confidence and pushing your past failure and defeat aside . Make the necessary sacrifices every day and chart a new path , where champions tread and sweet victory is found .

You may think it ’ s difficult , but it ’ s not with good routines and micro-habits . It is better to work out for 15 minutes , four to six days a week rather than try to do one hour daily . Don ’ t walk alone . Get your significant other , or one or two trusted friends , and ask for their support in holding you accountable . Agree when you will meet monthly to update them on your progress . During your meeting , share what you had set out to do for the previous month , what you have done , and what you will do in the coming month .
