The only problem was that Ochieng had no idea who the lady was and although he did not mind the attention he had attracted and the envious looks that the males around gave him , he was flabbergasted to imagine that he could not recall who the stunning lady was yet it was obvious she knew him well .
You can imagine how incredulous his office colleagues were when he confessed to not knowing who the lady was and one of them even teased him that he does not have to deny his female friends when with them before she realized that he was being truthful .
The other colleague commented that she had had a similar experience when about a year earlier she had met a lady who called her by name but she could not recall the face . On further questioning it turned out that they were in the same class in high school .
The lady ’ s name was familiar but she could have sworn that she had never seen the lady before had it not been for the fact that she asked about their other classmates by name and even joked about some weird teachers they had . The lady was genuine but that did not jog her memory .
The colleague was so disturbed by the encounter , after all who wants to admit that their memory is failing , that she immediately called another classmate and recounted the story of the meeting . The classmate laughed telling her she needs to keep tabs on her former classmates .

Ochieng was shocked to hear how much it costs to have these beauty enhancement procedures and wondered aloud why a person would risk cancer , disfigurement and other ailments to just have heads turn when you passed , only to be told he did not understand a woman ’ s vanity and insecurities .
Ochieng wasn ’ t quite sure if the topic had not come up just to cast aspersion at the gorgeous lady that had hugged him and it really did not matter because he still could not place that lady or had his memory totally failed him at this hour of need , he regretted not asking her for her phone number .
