Those in the top management will push for the implementation of change but will never believe in the change , they continue doing things the very same way . This leads to frustrations which leads to failure of the desired change .

Bennett said ‘ It ’ s only after you ’ ve stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change , grow , and transform .’ We have all witnessed the failure of a business giant that resisted change . We all know of a business that is a sleeping lion due to its slowness in adopting change and we can all die on the inside if we are not willing to work on ourselves and adopt change .
