Pre-Engineered is something that you do not decide what to do on site , you have already decided on the blind fold what needs to be done , everything has been decided at the factory , so you are just coming to assemble . Only decisions made off site get implemented on site . As they say in the army , the more you sweat in peace time during practice , the less you bleed during war time : on a similar principle , the more time you sweat on the drawing board in the factory , the less you belabor on site as you will just be executing perfected decisions taken at the workshop .
Cold-formed is where the steel is molded into different building shapes while it is cold and not red hot as we are used to , which is called hot roll . The building then gets completely nut bolted , so the speed of erection is very high , we don ’ t do any sort of building on site , it ’ s a completely bolted system .
