It suggests an element of freedom, being able to do things when you want to do them, being your own boss. The youth of today are embracing entrepreneurship, trying all manner of things right from the time they are in school. Failure is no longer a word that is whispered – it is embraced and people learn from failure. Setting up a business is not a job for the faint hearted. The lure of being ‘able to do your own thing’ can be powerful but it is important to be realistic in setting goals. As marketers, one of the things we focus on in driving business growth is building great brands. Every great brand started somewhere, where brand awareness was low, where the starting point looked so lonely
