My favourite meal is
Chicken Stir Fry
Me: What are the ingredients?
Mam: Chilli, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, noodles, chicken, onion, peppers, mush-
rooms, broccoli, and olive oil.
Me: What is the first thing you do?
Mam: You would chop all the vegetables. Chop up your chicken, also the gin-
ger and the garlic. Then heat up the olive oil and put your cooked chicken to one
side in a bowl.
Me: After that?
Mam: Put your vegetables in the pan. Then add your chilli and garlic with 3
tablespoons of soya sauce. Turn down until it is simmering.
Add your dry noodles to a large boiling saucepan. Leave it cook for 3 to 4
minutes. Finally, when the noodles are cooked, strain and add to the other ingre-
dients to the pan. Finish off with sprinkle of chilli flakes and squeeze of lime
juice.

You would put in Lime Juice.

Mam: My Mam did.
