CONCLUSIONS A. E. ​ 62.8%​ of ​ exceptional ​ or​ proficient ​ elementary band programs have​ instrument-specific lessons. 27.2%​ of ​ exceptional ​ or​ proficient ​ elementary band programs have​ like-instrument lessons.
