The power of Greens!

The power of green foods and its healing properties has been recognized throughout history.

What is the common property that all green plants share? Its chlorophyll, the substance that makes plants appear green. Even some citrus fruits

contain at least some

chlorophyll. The greener the

plant, the more chlorophyll

there is in it. In a nutshell here

are some of the properties and

actions of chlorophyll:

Purification

Stops bacterial growth in wounds, anaerobic yeast and fungi in the digestive tract.

Eliminates bad breath and body odours.

Removes and counteracts drug deposits/toxins and metals from the body; deactivates many carcinogens.

Anti-inflammation

Combats the following inflammations:

Sore throat

Gingivitis

Stomach and intestinal inflammation

Ulcers

Skin inflammations

Arthritis
