Rejuvenate your skin, body and soul this summer!

We are now full swing into the summer season and are all undeniably spending much more of our time outdoors.. but heat, sun cream, late nights and one too many Prosecco picnics are causing underlying havoc on our skin and bodies.

1. Make a homemade body scrub

Mix together olive oil and salt in a recycled jar/tub until you have your preferred consistency. Gently scrub all over in circular motions and rinse off. Repeat this 2-3 times each week to loosen up any dead skin cells and unclog pores.
