Wildwood Wonders ( 18 months-5 years old with caregiver )
Pack up your kids and join us for 4 weeks of fun exploring the wonders of the natural world surrounding Wildwood Elementary School ! All class sessions will be held outdoors , so please come dressed and prepared for the weather . The nature-based ECFE teacher will provide activities that will support your children ’ s growing bodies and brains . Each week a resource for parents and caregivers will be shared related to the benefits the outdoors provides young children . Instructor : Jenny Hanlon * Children under 18 months may attend with their siblings and parent / caregiver with the understanding that the child must be supervised by the parent / caregiver during class . Children love messy activities . Come enjoy the fun making a mess with your child and , for the really marvelous part , we will do the cleanup . Let ’ s Play Ball ! Come develop fundamental skills , learn basic rules of the game , and have fun with friends . Preschool students must be born on or before 3 / 31 / 19 . Participants must wear appropriate clothing , shoes ; bring their own glove and a water bottle . A team t-shirt will be provided . Register early as spots are limited . Registration deadline is May 15 or when maximum is met . Enjoy physical challenges and organized exploration activities which increase major motor development . Explore ten sports : baseball , volleyball , lacrosse , football , basketball , soccer , golf , hockey , tennis and track and field . Each 30-minute class encompasses a developmental sport , muscle identification and nutrition lessons , using fun activities that highlight motordevelopment . Each 40-minute class encompasses two developmental sports , muscle identification , and nutrition lessons , using fun activities so children can build their skills in a non-competitive atmosphere .
