Fishing Camp at Tally ’ s Dockside ( completed grades 1-5 )
Learn the basics of bobber-style catch and release fishing from the knowledgeable Tally ’ s Dockside staff . Pick up tips and tricks on how to successfully fish White Bear Lake while having fun on Tally ’ s pontoon boats . Cost includes use of a fishing rod , life vest , tackle and bait . Campers may bring their own fishing gear including a small cooler , labeled with their name , for healthy drinks and snacks . Dress for the weather . Bring your creations to life in this 3D printing class . The ancient craft of jewelry making is brought to the modern world using TinkerCad and 3D printers . Students will learn to build 2D and 3D models on the computer using CAD software . They will design and print a pair of earrings , a ring , or a pendant in this class . Work on a stop-motion animated Pokémon-themed film . Pick your favorite characters to star in your mini-movie . The possibilities are endless ! Students will build Pokémon-inspired sets and props to create an animated game and stop-motion short . Students will also participate in other Pokémon-related STEAM activities .
