• Estrutura em aço cromado sobre rodas, revestimento em madeira e
topo em vidro com lâmpadas de halogéneo para manter o produto
quente.
• De série, cor Wengue. Sob pedido, disponível na cor castanho claro
ou outras cores (RAL).
• Cubas com fundo arredondado e quinagens em diagonal que
asseguram uma total higiene e proporcionam um correto
escoamento da água através do tubo de descarga com torneira.
• Cuba adaptada para containers GN com uma altura máxima de 200
mm.
• Aquecimento a vapor por resistências de longa durabilidade
posicionadas no exterior da cuba e equipadas com termóstato para
a prevenção de sobreaquecimento.
• Controlo automático do nível de água de série que interrompe o
aparelho em caso de falta ou insuficiente quantidade de água.
• Enchimento manual de água. Descarga de água mediante remoção
do tubo de drenagem.
• Painel de controlo com interruptor ON/OFF e controlo digital
posicionados no topo.
• Containers não incluídos.
• Structure in chrome-plated frame on wheels, timber cladding,
bridge with fixed hood and hot halogen lamps.
• As standard, this model is supplied in Wenge colour. Upon request,
it can be supplied in brown and other RAL colours.
• Tank has rounded bottom for complete hygiene and drain pipe on
diamond-cut bottom to allow water drainage and water tap.
• Tank units accommodate GN pans 200mm high. Pans lie on the top.
• Heating by steam produced by long-lasting heating elements
positioned from the outside of the tank. Thermostat prevents them
from overheating.
• Water level control as a standard feature (when water is not enough,
the machine does not work in order to prevent it from any damage
that could occur with overheating).
• Manual filling, water drainage by removing the discharge pipe and
by opening the tap underside the tank.
• Control panel with ON/OFF switch and digital control on the bridge.
• Pans not included.
