LETTER FROM THE FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
With the arrival of Daylight Savings Time over the weekend , I am definitely looking forward to Spring and warmer weather . I only hope Mother Nature will make up her mind . At the Club , we have some exciting announcements to usher in the season .
First up , our hours change as of March 27th . We ’ ll be open again on Mondays from 3-9pm . Join us for dinner and make your Monday a little less dreadful . Sunday hours are extending from 11-5pm to 11-7pm .
We can ’ t talk about spring without mentioning 2 of our biggest events ; Easter and Mother ’ s Day Brunch . Both events sell out quickly and will require an online reservation . Keep an eye out for the announcements . Don ’ t miss out on getting your picture taken with Peter Cottontail on Sunday , April 9th and come celebrate Mom on Sunday , May 14th . Both events will be from 10am-2pm with reservations on the half hour .
Finally , we roll out our Spring / Summer menu on April 17th . We ’ re currently crunching the numbers to see what stays and what goes . We also asked the staff what they ’ d like to see and what customers are asking for . I suggested vegetarian lasagna , a chef salad , and weekly cheesecake to replace the bread pudding .
