‘A jury of my peers’ Debate Resources
Based on material used in preparation for our Moot for local Law students at the Supreme Court
in June 2015, our learning resources include everything a Citizenship or Law teacher or lecturer
would need to hold their own Moot. Our Moot used as its scenario the controversial Heathrow
Heist case where, responding to the risk of jury intimidation, the judge dismissed the jury and
ruled on the defendants guilt or innocence alone.
