MAKING
SOME CHANGES
Robin Cox Named Key Feed Accounts Specialist
Servi-Tech is excited to name Robin Cox as
the newest member of its sales team. Robin has
been named Key Feed Accounts Specialist, a new
position to focus on Servi-Tech’s growing feed
testing and evaluation business.
She previously served as a data
review coordinator for Servi-Tech’s
Amarillo Laboratory for four years,
and as a technician for three years
prior. Her new role will focus on feed
customers (e.g., feedlots, dairies, feed
manufacturers, and feed retailers)
throughout the Midwest and beyond.
“My previous positions with
Servi-Tech equip me to answer
testing questions since I have
performed analyses as a lab
technician and have scrutinized the data as
Amarillo’s data review coordinator,” Robin said.
She is also experienced and fluent in
Servi-Tech’s laboratory information management
system, which is used to maintain test results and
to communicate with customers.
“That will enable me to efficiently obtain
customer information and effectively serve
customers’ needs,” she said. “I thrive on new
challenges. This position will combine my passion
for science, agriculture, and customer service. I
look forward to meeting customers face-to-face
that I have served through the Amarillo lab for
seven years.”
Jeff Hiers, Servi-Tech’s Chief Operating Officer,
said the company is excited to work with Robin as
she transitions into her new role.
“We are excited to have one of our
own promoted to a new position,”
Hiers said. “Robin’s knowledge from
her lab role at Servi-Tech will serve our
customers well, as we build the premiere
feed lab in the country.”
Robin said when people think of
Servi-Tech, they think about crop
consulting.
“We have a large, substantial business
in feeds and we want to focus on
helping those customers in particular,” she said.
Robin said in her new position, she will
communicate with those customers and spend
time meeting them in person.
“Since service is part of our name, we want to
make sure that service is happening for those
accounts. We want to make sure we meet their
needs,” she said.
Robin can be reached at
