Racism is a particular form of oppression that has existed throughout human history for a long time , it is determined as the belief that particular race is superior or inferior to another, that a person’s social and moral traits are predetermined by his or her inborn biological characteristics like skin color, hair , facial face, language, customs, culture, place of birth or any other factor that reveals any other other characteristics of a human being nature . Our daily lives are affected by race whether we are aware of it or not. We all see the world through the horrible racial lens that colors our sight black, white, Asian, Mexican, minority, or “other”.Race shapes the way we see each other.It is also defined as the hatred of one person to another ,or the idea that another person is less human than other.the focus of racism is inferiority directed toward those who have sometimes been considered to lack even the ability to be evil .Racial separatism is the belief, most of the time based on racism, that different races should remain segregated and apart from one another.This brings us to the issue of segregation. the institutional separation of an ethnic, racial, religious, or other minority group from the dominant majority in other words being set apart, separated, or restricted to one group.Race is a social construction that has real consequences and effects.These consequences state that If you were black, then you were biologically inferior to a white person.Todays Racism have several justifications and influences through history like slavery, wars , human traces ,and stereotypes.
In the past and until now today Africans came to be seen as a deficient "species," as "savages", “as animals” or even as objects with no value they were treated generally brutal and degrading ways.They were abused and treated as nothing for many years . The Whipping and sexual abuse, including rape, were common in that times . Race as a biological concept was developed and used to justify the enslavement of a growing free black population early in history. The boundaries of group membership were marked by skin color. Till this day the primary race indicator is skin color.Fortunately, racism isn't part of human nature,There is nothing that we have identified as race that exists apart from our collective agreement, acceptance, and imposition of its existence.Now, another thing is that our society is a discriminatory society and that every day there is more racism is something else.Race is a social construction produced by the dominant group in society and their power to define. The best evidence for this assertion is the fact that racism has not always existed.The biggest example has been slavery, particularly the
enslavement of Africans in the New World (slavery itself dates back thousands of years). This enslavement was accomplished because of the racist belief that Black Africans were less fully human than white Europeans and their descendants. From that times comes the abuse of racism towards human beings, they didn't know how worthy each life was and still is .

Disparate impact occurs when individuals are treated equally according to a given set of rules and procedures but when the latter are constructed in ways that favor members of one group over another .The second component of this definition extends its scope to include decisions and processes that may not have any explicit racial content, but that have the consequence of producing or reinforcing racial disadvantage and deepening the beliefs of a culture making it part of the core of society .
