Ingredients (4 people):

• 300 grams of black spaghetti

• 200 grams of evaporated milk

• 1 medium onion

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 1 piece of generous ginger root (about ten slices)

• 1 c / c coriander in grain

• freshly ground black pepper

• 16 fresh shiitake mushrooms

• 12 prawns

• Extra virgin olive oil

•Salt

• Aleppo pepper (optional).
