PORK CHOPS* Ingredients: • 4 thin pork chops • 4 medium green lemons • ½ tablespoon cumin powder • 1 tablespoon garlic powder • 1 tablespoon onion poder • Salt and pepper to taste Breaded • 1 cup (140 gr) wheat flour • 2 large eggs • 1 tablespoon of water • 1 cup breadcrumbs • Salt and pepper to taste and Oil. Instructions •Cover the pork chops with the lemon and then season with the cumin powder, garlic powder, onion powder salt and pepper. Be sure to do this on both sides. Then place the chops in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for thirty minutes. You can also place them in a resealable bag. •Place the wheat flour in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Beat the eggs with the water in another large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, place the breadcrumbs in another large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. •After half an hour, remove the chops from the refrigerator and first cover them on both sides with the wheat flour, shake off the excess. Then pass them through the egg mixture and let them drain a little. Finally cover them well with the bread crumbs. •Heat enough oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chops for six minutes on each side or until cooked and browned. Fry them in batches if necessary. •Serve immediately with chips, salad, salted potatoes or arepas.
