RECIPE I’am going to prepare and vegetables and meat goulash, it is an easy dish and you can have in the week without problem Ingredients 1 ½         pond meat carve in cubes 1             teaspoon salt 2             spoonful butter or oil 3             small onion 2             tomatoes 4             carrots, scraped and sliced ½            pound chop beans 1             cup hot water or beef stock                Seasonings to taste 2 or 3    spoonfuls flour Instructions I’am going to prepare and vegetables and meat goulash, it is an easy dish and you can have in the week without problem: First, put the pot on stove over low heat, add oil in a pot, onions and chopped tomatoes, add seasonings to tast and saute for a few minutes and continue cooking over low heat until onion is golden. When this happens, over a high flame, add meat carve in cubes and salt to tast, sprinkle with flour and mix until flour is abserved, add hot water or beef stock, cover pot and wait for it to boil, then reduce heat so it boil gently. Finally, After 10 or 15 minutes add vegetables and mean in cubes, carrots and beans and boil anogher 30 or 40 minutes or until vegetables are done NOTE: This dish can be accompanied by rice, sliced French potatoes and sweet salad
