COOKING TIME
I ’m going to prepared some pennes or Spaghetti, pesto homemade
The sauce: put all ingredients and blend it in a blender
• 200 grams of basil leaves washed and dry
• 180 grams of rosted pine nuts or brazil nuts
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1/3 cup of olives oil
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoom black peper
1.-Put the pot on the stove with the water .
2.-when the water is boil put the spaghetti or penne. One pound for five people
3.-After 12 minutes you strain spaguetti.
4- Mix the spaguetti with sause
5.- When the spaghetti is ready, we add two spooms of souce and one big spoom of
cheese, salty yourself and mix all. Finally!!!Let’s go to eat.
