COOKING TIME – APPLE CHUTNEY
Preparation:
1. Wash and peel the apples taking
out the seeds and cut in small
pieces.
2. Warm up the Ghee on a pot and
when is smoked add the pepper,
ginger, cinnamon, anise, hot
chilies and cloves. Mix until the
anise is dark. Immediately add
the thyme and after add the
Apple pieces.
3. Mixed until the apples looks
toast.
4. Add water and close the pot.
Cooked for a quarter of hour
until apples are soft.
5. Smash the apples and add sugar
cane. Increase the fire and
continuously mix until the
chutney get consistence.
