Cook the penne pasta in hot water with a little oil
and salt for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the pasta and
wash with cold water. The asparagus is then cut
into long slices and the cross carrot and steamed
for 5 minutes. In a wok pour the diced chopped
onion with oil and sauté. Add a boneless chicken
breast cut into strips and let the chicken soften.
Then add the crumbled ricotta cheese and cut the
cherry take in halves to add to the mixture. Finally,
the vegetable is added, stirring continuously and
served with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
And bon Appetit!
My house is in Funza. Is a small but very pretty
town. It is quiet, safe and economical but we don't
like that the access roads are few and very
congested. It has many parks and shopping centers
where I often go to the cinema with my wife
because it is very economical. As I work in Bogota,
what I don't like about where I live is that there are
only two access roads and I always have to get up
early to get to my English classes at 6 am in Bogota.
My house has three levels and is closed together.
On the third floor is the main room and next door I
have the studio that has a beautiful view because
you can see a farm where there are animals, cows,
dogs and many birds. I usually use it to work or to
practice guitar, I almost never use it to play. On the
second level I have two rooms. One is that of cats
and the other is for when guests arrive. On the first
floor, it is where the living room and dining room
is. The room is my favourite place because every
morning I go down to talk to God and thank him.
