CHICKEN CORDON BLUE
Chicken cordon blue is just better in strip
form.
INGREDIENTS
1) 2 chicken breast fillets.
2) 2 slices ham.
3) 3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese or
doublé cream.
4) 3 eggs.
5) 1 spoon full Salt.
6) 1 tea spoon Freshly ground black
pepper.
7) 500 mls Oil, for frying.
8) 20 Chopsticks.
9) Half cup the Flour, for breading.
10) Half cup the Breadcrumbs, for
breading.
