Preparation

Put a pot with water, add a little anion and salt, cook the

2. Put pork in another pot to cook with a little salt
3. Chop onion, pepper, tomatoes and string bean
4. Peel and grate the carrots
5. Smash the garlic
6. Take out the breast and let cool, also with pork
7. Crumble the breast
8. Cut the pork into small pieces
9. Fry onion, tomatoes, garlic and pepper
10. Sprinkle oregano and mix
11. Add 9 cups the broth with te vegetables
12. Add salt to taste and mix
13. Add the rice
14. Mix all ingredientes
15. Let it boil
16. Turn the heat down to medium during 20 minutes
17. Let dry, cover the pot
18. Turn the heat down to low during 30 minutes.
