The
best
experience
of
my
life
was
when
I
moved
to
Portland,
Oregon.
I
moved
there
the
summer
after
my
freshman
year.
I
got
there
two
days
before
sophomore
year,
just
in
time
to
get
to
drive
around
the
city
a
little
bit.
I
started
football
practice
the
first
day
of
school,
but
did
not
have
to
go
to
classes
because
they
were
getting
my
classes
set
up.
When
I
first
walked
up
to
the
school
on
my
first
day,
I
didn’t
know
what
to
think.
It
was
huge,
like
the
size
of
a
college.
It
was
actually
the
size
of
a
college,
we
had
over
2,000
students.
When
we
first
moved
there,
we
had
to
live
in
a
hotel
for
the
first
couple
of
days,
until
we
got
to
move
into
our
apartment.
Our
apartment
was
in
the
absolute
perfect
spot.
We
were
right
across
the
street
from
a
giant
gym
that
was
open
24
hours
a
day.
They
had
two
basketball
courts,
where
I
spent
most
of
time
outside
of
school.
Within
two
minutes
of
every
fast
food
restaurant
that
you
can
think
of.
I
feel
in
love
with
Taco
Bell
while
I
was
out
there.
I
was
also
5
minutes
for
the
biggest
mall
I
have
ever
been
in.
I
meant
some
really
cool
people.
The
guy
that
I
personal
trained
with,
Elston
Haywood.
He
was
a
professional
body
builder.
He
became
like
a
father
figure
to
me,
if
I
had
any
problems
I
went
to
him.
I
miss
him
so
much.
The
other
really
cool
person
that
I
meant
was
Marcus
Hubbard,
we
was
an
ex
NBA
player.
I
was
lucky
enough
to
play
basketball
with
him
on
a
daily
bases.
That
was
such
a
good
experience.
