The Storm

I had the privilege of playing the Mag-Fed game at D-Day with the Storm. This was a great marker to run with.

The Storm had the 98 internals and was equipped with the 13ci tank and a set of flip up sights. It also had the lock bolt addition to the marker.

After picking up the marker and shooting it in the test range in the Rap 4 booth, I found the feel of the marker to be very familiar. The Storm has the feel of the 468. The balance of the marker is spot on. The weight of the marker was good as well. It feels light. This is great for those long games, lugging a heavy gun around the field makes for a tiring day at the park.

The Storm using the D-Mag is a great marker. I think the only thing that I would add to the marker is a riser for the sights. This is the one similar problem most markers have.

The sights are just too low, because of this, a riser is required to achieve a good sight picture.

Rap4 has nailed it with the Storm. It is easy to manipulate in the game. The marker shoots consistent and has good range as well. The Storm is also a great marker for the new player to Mag-Fed paintball. This is an easy marker to use and with the 98 internals, bulletproof. The price point is also good for the beginner. The body kit alone will set you back $139.00. If you want to get the storm as a full marker, it will run you $200 and up depending on the extras you want.

This thing will run with the best of them. I have to say, The Storm is going to end up in my collection.
