LSG Sky Chefs Letter from the Executive Board 04 – 05 Dear Reader, As it has been the case for the past several years, 2012 was full of unforeseen developments in our industry and the economy at large. Considering those factors, we take pride in the fact that our company achieved satisfactory results both in terms of revenues and earnings. In fact, we have improved our operating result year after year for the last five. This proves that our su ccess is not based on short-term wins, but on a very solid foundation built by gradually transforming our company. Undoubtedly, the year 2013 will bring its own set of challenges. In order to be prepared to deal with them, we will stay committed to our Mission to achieve continued profitable growth in our catering, equipment and logistics business with our airline customers. That commitment also extends to our adjacent markets: train and education catering and retail. At the same time, we will strengthen our focus on innovation while maintaining our steadfast commitment to continuous improvement in our day-to-day activities. We look forward to working with you and reaching the next level of excellence in dealing with the changes that will surely come our way. We would also like to thank you, our valued business partners, sharehold ers and employees for your many contributions to our company’s success.
