When working with customers it is personal , many become very good friends , it is so much more than a business transaction . WET COCONUT CAKE
PREPARATION : Prepare white cake mix per directions on box . Remove from oven , allow to cool about 5 minutes . Poke holes in cake . Pour sweet condensed milk and cream of coconut on cake filling in poked holes . Allow to cool completely . Cover with cool whip . Top with coconut . Keep refrigerated until ready to serve . For variety , try devil ’ s food cake mix .

Biggest challenge in your industry : The restaurant business is a tough business in general but with COVID-19 it has been extra hard . When you own your own business it takes a lot of hard work and dedication . Some weeks I work about 80 hours between all of the businesses but it ’ s well worth it !
CROCK POT TURKEY
PREPARATION : Take a stick of butter , salt , pepper , garlic and a 1 / 2 can of beer add a turkey breast to you crock pot and everything listed above , cook for 9-10 hours on low . Best turkey you will ever eat !
