Burger Using a mini chopper, or just evenly dicing, chop red bell pepper and white onion. In a me- dium sized mixing bowl combine ground turkey, diced pepper and onion, egg, and spices. Once evenly combined, add in feta crumbles to your liking, I always go heavier because I really like the flavor it gives. Once combined I flatten the meat mixture into the bottom of the bowl and then score the mixture into four separate parts and then form each into patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet, and cook the burgers evenly. Tzatziki & Salad While the burgers are cooking, you can get started on the other components of the dish. Using a mini chopper or evenly dicing, chop cucumber and onion. If you are using the chop- per the cucumber will produce a lot of water, no worries, just toss that in too. I prefer the chop- per because it does get the most flavor out of the cucumber. Place cucumber and onions in a small mixing bowl combine yogurt, juice of one small lemon, dill, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Mix and place in the fridge. Then, take your spring mix and lightly toss it in a tablespoon or so of balsamic vinegar. The vinegar pairs really well with the Tzatziki and cuts the fat. Thinly slice red onions or garnish. Now it’s time to plate it up! At this point your burgers are cooked perfectly, and your other dish parts are ready to go. Enjoy! When should parents enter the program?
