Jason Morgan Your title: Executive Director, Morning Pointe of Richmond Years in current job: 1 Years in your industry: 12 What’s the biggest challenge in your industry? The healthcare industry is very dynamic. Changes occur at a rapid pace and we are challenged to change with the times. With my organization, we pride ourselves with being innovative and proactive. We are constantly seeking new ways to keep our residents engaged, healthy, and independent. What’s the best part of working in Madison County? Being a lifelong resident of Richmond, working in the community that raised me and with individuals who I have deep rooted relationships with is an honor. Simply, it is a privilege to work in my hometown.nearly entire length of Madison County, visitors stay here longer, and thus spend funds (food, gas, lodging) here rather than “down the road”. I like to think that our efforts have really helped put Madison County on the map not just locally or regionally, but nationally. Anything I would like to add? I would like to invite the community to visit us at Morning Pointe. We are proud of our facility, our reputation, and our record. Our facility is focused on providing customer-centric care, exceeding expectations, and being the healthcare leader in our community. Year 2020 has already provided us with significant changes. We have welcomed new providers, new partnerships, and new programs into our community and are seeing results. David Stanek Your title: Business Owner of Cuff to Collar, and Water Main Bar and Music Hall. Years in current job: 4 years at Cuff to Collar, 3.5 years at Water Main Years in your industry: 8 years in the clothing industry as well as 8 years in the bar industry completely comfortable and happy with their new clothes and see how much taller they walk, talk, and act. This also plays in part with our store’s motto of, Dress for the Position you want, Not the one you have. What’s the biggest challenge in your industry? I’d like to say not having enough space in my clothing store to be able to bring in all the different styles and brands that I love and want to share with Richmond. But with that being said one of the biggest challenges I face is finding the trends of Richmond and the right inventory that my patrons will enjoy as much as I do. I love to look my best and have my own style and I also love helping others figure out what type of clothing works best for them and to make their own style and see how much their confidence rises. It is simply amazing and one of the greatest joys to see an individual be Anything else you’d like to add? I’d like to thank Richmond for welcoming my store into the community as well as the support I have from my patrons. I am very blessed with a supportive family, friends and community to be able to do what I enjoy most and I’m always wanting to give back in some way. I also have a strong passion for Wood Working and hopefully in the near future I will be turning my hobby into another business. With that I’d like to say Look out Richmond, my journey is just beginning and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us.
