KEELIE HOWARD Company / organization : Howard Health , LLC Position / titles : CEO / Founder What else are you involved with : I am currently finishing a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University . Aside from work and school , I enjoy spending time with my husband and son , being outside , and traveling . Work / life philosophy : To be successful in my work and personal life , I have to ensure they complement one another . It is so important to pursue a role that is fulfilling and rewarding . It comes naturally to pour into things that bring us joy and foster our passions . Having a work / life balance is my biggest philosophy . I want to be the best I can be , at home and at work . If I don ’ t have that balance , one of them will be sacrificed . It ’ s important to remain present with our loved ones , personal interests , and support , in order to succeed in other areas of life . I am grateful to be able to pour into our community with helping children and families in need . However , I wouldn ’ t be able to do it without my family , who grounds me and continues to be my biggest fans . When you strive for a positive environment , positive outcomes tend to follow .

Co-founder of the Elwood Pantry , a program to supply feminine care products to the underprivileged . Work / life philosophy : My philosophy in life , and at Rebellious , is to make people feel confident and comfortable in the skin that they ’ re in . The world puts so many unrealistic expectations on us as people and my hope is with a mix of self-care , empowerment , and laughter , we can all learn to love ourselves fully . I hope to help people find the beauty not just in life , but in themselves .
