I believe getting involved and giving back to your community is essential . Work / life philosophy : I have always lived my life , both professionally and personally , with this philosophy : “ If you stop getting scared , you stop growing .” Some of my biggest accomplishments in my career have come about by stepping outside of my comfort zone . I also try to always give more than I take . There is nothing more rewarding then pouring into your employees and watching them excel . I have been so blessed to have had some amazing mentors pushing and growing me along my career path and I only hope to do the same for my team .

Work / life philosophy : Employment-based work is one of the central components of our routine daily life . It provides us with social benefits , income , and purpose . My philosophy toward this type of work as well as my personal life is to always strive to be a servant leader . This is almost as cliche as saying “ do what you love and never work a day in your life ,” but work will be monotonous at times . I think if one strives to follow and master even one of the seven pillars of servant leadership , it will always overcome the feeling of working for a means to an end .
