body. This means when
they are full, they stop
eating. When they are
hungry, they eat. They
can tell the difference
between hungry and
thirsty and listen from
within their bodies when
making decisions.

Sleeping is the time of
day when your body heals
itself. Healthy women
have more energy, less
body fat and slow the
aging process because
they make time to rest at
night.
ABOUT ASHANTI
Los Angeles native, Ashanti Johnson
realized no matter how much she
ate, drank or worked out, her weight
fluctuated in correlation to her stress-
level. The correlation between stress
and weight was emphasized when she
moved to Chicago at 22 years old. She
began to work on herself internally
and with the help of a few authors,
she discovered the power of present
moment awareness and mindful
thinking.
Ashanti was having the time of her life
and without dieting or working out and
lost 30 pounds in 2 months! It was then
she knew she had to maintain a level of
inner connectedness and satisfaction to
control outer satisfaction. That year, she
got certified by the Athletics and Fitness
Association of America (AFAA) as a
Personal Trainer and Primary Group
Fitness Instructor. A few years later in
2010 she created 360.Mind.Body.Soul
dedicated to motivating clients to get to
the root of their weight gain by turning
their attention inside with mental fitness
behavioral changes. She graduated from
the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business
Program and in less than 7 years they
successfully helped Chicagoland lose
over 20,000 pounds.
